Everything was good, i thought the total was high, time and labor, was wondering what the charge for shop tools and environmental were for ??? i changed the fuel pump on my 1993 gmc safari in my garage , took me around six hours, jack stands the whole shot by myself.

After getting several hunches from several proclaimed professional mechanics, to include the dealership, of what was labeled a major mechanical problem with a van, I called AutoWorks of Brandon and Spoke with Mr Jon Helton. Jon was exceptionally attentive and genuinely expressed a concern as to the problem with the vehicle. Jon made no possible quick solutions, but offered the opportunity to diagnose the vehicle. Jon arranged for the vehicle to be towed on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday mid-morning AutoWorks of Brandon had diagnosed the problem and made arrangements for the repairs. Throughout the entire process, Jon kept me well informed of the repair progress. Having paid a very reasonable bill, the van has been running excellent. Major kudos to AutoWorks for a job well done and Megao Kudos and a salute to Mr Jon Helton for the excellent customer service and the give a damn attitude. I shall be back and will be direct all that I come in contact with to go to AutoWorks of Brandon.

My overall experience was good. The staff was informative and was able to arrange an alternative service to my vehicle the same day which I greatly appreciated.

Just a quick note to say thank you for doing a complete job with my 2005 Chrysler van. This is the longest I have owned a car and with your help I can drive another 100,000 miles. The checklist that you use to make sure I am driving a safe vehicle is very long and I like that.

Dear MIke,thank you vey much for your service,you did an exellent job on my car,on eviewof the work paper that you gave me, you have changed A/C belt & serpentine belt.You did notneed to do that because on 100,000 mile service it has been replaced before.May be there is another reason that I don't know.that is my only coment.thanks again Doc.Martin

I thought that they were all very professional. I waited there while my car was being serviced and they were very efficient my wait went very fast.
