The best customer service ever - Online Portal - Professional Story time: Drive a BMW 2013 335i - i called and spoke with the representative, she definitely knew what she was doing, before i finished telling her the story of what was wrong she already knew it had to do with my Air intake, before i brought the car in she already looked up the prices of parts. Before ordering anything they did a full vehicle inspection & immediately sent me a report via TEXT! - honestly this alone was the best feature a shop could offer. Got my car towed in and the quickly fixed & replaced the part. Even took the time to show me how my air intake was burned off, and how my sensor was detached (like i said it was a long story) but never the less. AMAZING service! i hope i wont be back but if i have to get back i will.
