Excellent Customer service. Quick and accurate diagnostic. Timely repair. They know what they are talking about and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys have fixed numerous cars for me. Sometimes it cheaper to have an expert fix your car, than try to save money at shops that just throw parts at your car. These guys are true diagnostitions and actually figure out what's wrong before fixing it. A rarity in this day and age. I bring all of my euro cars here!

My 2010 Mini Coopers alternator gave out right before I was leaving to go out of state. The day before leaving I had called auto works or Brandon due to their reviews and expirence with European vehicles. The man I spoke with, Mike was extremely understanding of me needing to leave the vehicle for a couple of days and not having reception due to me going out of state for a wedding. Even though I ended up not going with the shop (due to my budget) I was really pleased by the professionalism and concern Mike showed for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend and plan to do business with this shop in the future.

This was my first time using Auto Works after a few misses elsewhere. Great service all around. Auto Works of Brandon took care of all of my concerns. My car feels new again. There was great customer service displayed as it related to making sure I had an affordable rental to use while my car was being repaired.
