I just pick my car up from auto Works of Brandon. I usually do not take my car anywhere other than the dealership. I was surprised at how clean and well manicured the lobby and garage is kept. No oil stains on the ground and no typical mechanic's shop smell. The owner Mike Rubio, went above and beyond to take care of my needs and the needs of others as I heard him over the phone that morning taking care of a guest who was really in need. You don't find very many people who genuinely care and you won't find this type of customer service at very many auto repair shops. Even with all those wonderful qualities, Autoworker of Brandon still beat the dealership's price and had my car repaired within hours. I can confidently say, Autoworks of Brandon have gained a new customer for life. -Thanks Mike-

Auto Works of Brandon took great care of us. Our Honda had stopped accelerating at all, and in a panic we took it to the dealership. After telling us that they weren't able to figure out what was wrong with the car in 4-5 days, they finally told us that the electrical system was shot and that it would be 3-5k in repairs. We had the car taken to Auto Works of Brandon, where they had it diagnosed in 2 days to the tune of around 200 bucks. We threw in an oil change for good measure. Will be bringing all of our cars here going forward due to the honesty and efficiency.

They did a great job.I would say they should let clients know that they will receive a text when the work has been completed..Only suggestion is if the work takes more than 2 hours a courtesy text should be sent so the client has a heads up...

Fantastic and professional work. My vehicle was repaired and returned before I was even ready for it! Everything was explained to me in detail before and after the repairs and maintenance to make sure I understood everything. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic sometimes, so I highly recommend this great team if you need someone you can rely on to fix your vehicle!
